Farmers Market Fever

After many fun summer evenings, we’re really looking forward to getting out there and playing some great day-time shows!

This Saturday we’ll be starting our day at 9:30am playing a great morning show at the Highlands Farmers Market, playing great music all morning long! Come on by and say hello and pick up a free sticker! We’ll be by 15th & Boulder Street, off of Speer & I-25. We hope to see you there!

Summer Shows Stretch

As we’re passing the half-way point on the summer, we hope that you’re finding a way to cool-off from all of this heat!

We’re coming up on a stretch in our summer schedule where we are sharing some new playing experiences, and playing at times that hopefully be more convenient for those of you with younger families.

The three of us are really excited to be playing our first show in Estes Park on Saturday, July 24 at 9pm. We’ll be at Chippers Lanes, which is always a great venue that gives you something to do while listening to music. Come show off your bowling skills and join us for this very fun weekend show!

The following week on Saturday, July 31st we’ll be playing at Highland’s Farmers Market during the day, starting at 9:30am. When they first approached us about playing, we naturally thought "Highland’s Farmers Market means Highland’s Ranch", but "Highland’s" is actually referring to the neighborhood, which is on the 1500 block of Boulder Street, near I-25 & Speer in Denver. As always, you can get maps and directions on our web site.

The following week we’ll be up at Lyons, playing at the Lyons Outdoor Market on Saturday, August 7. This will be another fun daytime event that you can bring out the kids and enjoy a nice Colorado summer day.

We would love to see you come out for one of these shows, and would like to thank you for coming out by giving you a free sticker. Drop on by and say "hello", we look forward to see you!

Rackhouse Pub Correction & Updates

Just a quick note for those of you on our mailing list: In the message we sent last week we mistakenly said our Rackhouse show was on Friday, July 3rd. We got the day of the week right, but the date wrong, as Friday is July 2nd. Sorry for the confusion!

We also have some news about the Rackhouse show: We’re lucky to have Jalbatross opening for us. Jalbatross is the latest project of Brett Dennen’s guitarist Ryan Jalbert and Garrett Sayers. They have some really cool music, and we’re happy to have them kick off the night for us!

The last and best news we have is that this show is now free! We hope that you’ll be able to join us on Friday. Get all the details here!

Big show at Rackhouse Pub this weekend!

June has just flown by and it’s hard to believe that July 4th is almost here! We’re taking a break from recording and are excited to get back out and play some wonderful Colorado nights! Chippers Lanes was a great way to kick off the summer, and we’re gearing up for one of the seasons biggest shows of the season at The Rackhouse Pub in Denver next week. This will be a fantastic way to kick off the July 4th weekend, and we’d love for you to come join us!

We have a full night of music planned, and actually have a special gift for you at this show. Come by and pick it up and get ready to kick off Independence Day weekend!

We hope that your summer is off to a good start! We’ve been busy these last few months, recording and preparing for a fun summer full of shows! Next week we’re excited to kick off our summer schedule in Fort Collins, at Chipper’s Lanes.

We absolutely love playing at Chippers! We play right on top of the lanes, so that you can bowl and watch the performance at the same time! We’ll be playing out the rest of the night, so come out and get your weekend started early with us at Chipper’s!

Great Colfax Marathon Video

We had a blast playing at the Colfax Marathon last weekend! It was definitely an early morning, with us starting our set up at 5:30am. We were ready for those first runners, and played through to the end!

There was a great crowd at our hydration station that were very supportive. One of the volunteers, Victoria was nice enough to take a video of us performing “Red Light” and post it on YouTube. Thanks Victoria!

Colfax Marathon coming up this weekend!

The weather here in Colorado has definitely become a roller coaster over the last few days, but this weekend looks like conditions are going to be perfect for a run outside, specifically at the Colfax Marathon!

We had so much fun last year when we played, that we jumped at the chance to do it again! On Sunday morning, we’ll be on Colfax & Kipling, offering up our music and cheers for Marathon runners. We’d love for you to join us, especially if you have family and friends that are running in the Marathon. Come out and enjoy a beautiful spring morning!

A few weeks ago we shared a video put together by Ironwood Rain which featured us, well our good friends at Ironwood Rain went a step further with their favor and compiled a video based on the footage they shot of us that day. Ironwood Rain video featuring Greenfoot

Our new friends over at Ironwood Rain gave us some video love in one of their latest videos. This video featured their day that started with the Ultimate Music Experience, ending with playing with us at Sidekick’s Saloon on March 28. From a promotional standpoint, these guys definitely get how to effectively use YouTube to promote their band.
